Say it isn’t so Benefit! It has been announced that the cult favorite Benefit product, Gimme Brow Gel, has been voluntarily recalled by the company.

“Benefit Cosmetics is committed to the highest levels of quality and doing what’s right for our customers. Out of an abundance of caution, we are initiating a voluntary recall of our Gimme Brow product after discovering that recent batches of the product did not meet our stringent quality standards.
If applied in its normal usage on the brows, the Gimme Brow product doesn’t involve any risk. However, if it comes into contact with the eyes, it could lead to eye irritation.
We recommend that you stop using the product. For a full refund of the Gimme Brow product, please return it to your original place of purchase. If you have additional questions contact us by email or phone:

Recently, Gimme More was featured in the September Sephora Play box and is included as part of this recall. Users are advised to immediately discontinue use and dispose of the product, per Sephora customer service. Sephora has also issued a statement that all Gimme Brow product has been removed from all stores, while, currently, it is still being sold on shelves in Ulta locations.
