Here is the thing about it though, powder makeup can be fixed! Yes, it can, I promise you. There is one exception to the “you can fix your broken makeup” thing though. I do promise you that if you have a toddler who digs into your makeup like a sugar-hyped kid on Halloween and, literally, takes a bite...you can not fix that, I assure you.
